Subletting a room in a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house at 1238 S Pugh St. The house and the room is fully furnished. The rent is $482 + utilities. Utilities go up to $50-$100 per person. You would be sharing the house with two wonderful people: one of them is a grad student and one of them is a post doc. Move in date is January 15th but I am willing to negotiate.
